Employment of traffic wardens as parking attendantsN.I.
45. The Chief Constable may, with the approval of the[F1 Policing Board], make arrangements with the Department for the employment of traffic wardens—
(a)as parking attendants under Article 25 at any parking place provided or controlled by the Department;
(b)to enforce limited waiting restrictions imposed by traffic regulation orders,
and for the payment to the[F1 Policing Board] of such sums as will make good to the[F1 Policing Board] any expenditure incurred or likely to be incurred by the[F1 Policing Board] in relation to traffic wardens while so employed.
