The Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997

4.  In section 118(1) (regulations as to notification of deaths)—

(a) after “1995” there is inserted “, the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Northern Ireland) Order 1997”, and

(b) after the words “'those Parts” there is inserted “or to that Order”.
