PART IISAVINGS

3.  References in any document (whether express or implied) to any statutory provision repealed by this Order or by the [1987 NI 14.] Registration of Clubs (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 or by the [1967 c. 29 (N.I.).] Registration of Clubs Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 shall, except where the context otherwise requires, be construed as, or as including, references to this Order or to the corresponding provision of this Order.

4.  The provisions of this Schedule shall have effect without prejudice to section 29 of the [1954 c. 33 (N.I.).] Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954.
