Any increase attributable to any provision of this Order in sums which under any other statutory provision are payable out of money charged on and issued out of the Consolidated Fund may be defrayed in the same manner as those sums are by that statutory provision authorised or required to be defrayed and any statutory provision as to the borrowing of money for the purpose of providing such sums shall apply accordingly.
