2. Notwithstanding any provision in this Order, the [S.R.&O. 1973 No. 455. (N.I.)] Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration and Commissioner for Complaints (Pension) Order (Northern Ireland) 1973 shall continue to apply in relation to a person who held office as Northern Ireland Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration at any time before 31 March 1995.
