In section 158(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “parent”, for the words from “or guardian” to “young person” where it first occurs substitute “of a young person or any person who is not a parent of his but who has parental responsibility for him (within the meaning of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995)”.
