In Article 2(2) (interpretation), in the definition of “parent or guardian”, in paragraph (b) after “Board” in both places where it occurs insert “or Health and Social Services trust”.

In Article 38(13)(a) (duties of custody officer before charge), after “1968” insert “or Article 49(1) of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995”.
