SCHEDULE 3 AMENDMENTS RELATING TO PART IV, ETC.

The Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 (c. 49)

49.  In section 59 (further provisions concerning calculations relating to premiums)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) omit paragraph (a).

(ii) in paragraph (b), for “subsection (4) of that section” substitute “section 54(4)”, and

(iii) omit paragraph (c),

(b) omit subsection (2),

(c) in subsection (3)—

(i) omit paragraph (a)

(ii) in paragraph (b), for “subsection (4) of that section” substitute “section 54(4)”, and

(iii) omit the words following paragraph (ii), and

(d) omit subsection (4).
