36. In section 176 (general interpretation)—
(a)in subsection (1)—
(i)omit the definition of “equal access requirements”, and
(ii)after the definition of “regulations” insert—
““the Regulatory Authority” means the Occupational Pension Regulatory Authority;” and
(b)in subsection (2), for from “, 156” to “requirements” substitute “and 156”.
