Disclosure of information: the Authority
Information supplied to the Authority by corresponding overseas authorities103

Subject to paragraph (2), for the purposes of Article 102 “restricted information” includes information which has been supplied to the Authority for the purposes of their functions by an authority which exercises functions corresponding to the functions of the Authority in a country or territory outside the United Kingdom.

Articles 104 to 106 do not apply to such information as is mentioned in paragraph (1), and such information must not be disclosed except—
a
as provided in Article 102,
b
for the purpose of enabling or assisting the Authority to discharge their functions, or
c
with a view to the institution of, or otherwise for the purposes of, criminal proceedings, whether under this Order or otherwise.
