Power of entry
21. The power conferred on a person authorised in writing by a district council by section 98 of the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972(1) to enter any land includes power to enter any land for the purpose of determining whether any provision of this Order or of any regulation made under this Order is being complied with.
