The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993

The Historic Monuments Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 (c. 17 (N.I.))

In section 16(4) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b) “road” has the same meaning as in the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.”.
