PART IV N.I. TERMINATION OF THE POTATO GUARANTEE

Termination of the potato guarantee N.I.

29.—(1) Part II of the Agriculture and Fisheries (Financial Assistance) (Northern Ireland) Order 1987F1 shall cease to have effect as from 30th June 1994.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall not affect the operation of that Order on or after that date in relation to any period before that date.
