8.—(1) The following shall cease to have effect—
(a)Article 10(1);
(b)Article 16(2);
(c)Articles 22 and 23(2);
(d)in Schedule 2, the amendments to Articles 24(3), 68(2) and 78 of the No. 1 Order;
(e)Schedule 3.
