Membership

The Board shall consist of—
a
a chairman, and
b
not more than 8 other members,
appointed by the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (“the Minister”).

Appointments under sub-paragraph (1) shall be made from among persons who appear to the Minister to have experience in any field of activity which the Minister considers is relevant to the discharge of the functions of the Board.

The Minister may appoint one or more of the members appointed under sub-paragraph (1)(b) as a deputy chairman.
