Finances of successor companies

Financial limits on borrowings, etc.

83.  The aggregate of any amounts outstanding by way of principal in respect of—

(a) sums issued under Article 81 in ful lment of guarantees given in respect of loans made to such companies; and

(b) relevant loans within the meaning of Article 82,

shall not exceed £750 million.
