Amendments to the Act of 1951
3.—(1) The section set out in paragraph 1(1) shall also be inserted in the Act of 1951 as section 17A.
(2) The Schedule set out in paragraph 1(2) shall also be inserted as Schedule 2A to the Act of 1951 and in the definition of “disregarded service” in paragraph 1 of that Schedule, for the reference to section 116A of the Act of 1959 there shall be substituted a reference to paragraph 7A of Schedule 10 to the [1975 c. 15] Social Security (Northern Ireland) Act 1975.
