Disclosure of information

3.—(1) In section 1(4) of the [1939 c. 35 (N.I.)] Agricultural Returns Act (Northern Ireland) 1939 (restriction on disclosure of information), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—

(aa)for the purposes of the provision of any services to the Department of Agriculture or the Department of Economic Development;.

(2) In Article 7(1) of the [1988 NI 3] Statistics of Trade and Employment(Northern Ireland) Order 1988 (restriction on disclosure of information), after sub-paragraph (a)(iv) there shall be inserted—

(v)to any person who provides, or is employed in the provision of, services to that Northern Ireland department;.
