Application to Londonderry Area
34.—(1) In section 212(1) of the principal Act—
(a)after “170” there shall be inserted “, 170A and 171”;
(b)after “174,” there shall be inserted “175(2),”; and
(c)after “176 to” there shall be inserted “179 and 180 to”.
(2) Schedule 2, which amends the Foyle Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1952(1), shall have effect.
Amendments and repeals
35.—(1) The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 3 shall have effect subject to the minor and consequential amendments there specified.
(2) The statutory provisions set out in Schedule 4 are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
