The Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990

1.  In Schedule 1, for paragraph 5 substitute—

“5.   An offence under Article 46(1)(a), 59, 62, 63, 69(1) or 79 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.”.
