Interpretation
2.—(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
(2) In Part II “the Planning Order” means the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972(2) and any expression used in Part II and in the Planning Order has the same meaning in that Part as in that Order.
(3) In Part III “the principal Order” means the Building Regulations (Northern Ireland) Order 1979(3) and any expression used in Part III and in the principal Order has the same meaning in that Part as in that Order.
