The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19543 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

In this Order—

• “the Increase Act” means the Pensions (Increase) Act (North- ern Ireland) 19714;

• “the Pensions Order” means the Social Security Pensions (North- ern Ireland) Order 19755;

• “the Superannuation Order” means the Superannuation (North- ern Ireland) Order 19726.
