This Order may be cited as the Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.

Except as provided by paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on the expiration of two months from the day on which it is made.

Article 3(2)(b) and (4) shall come into operation on 1st January 1993.
