Any complaint or application made to the Disciplinary Committee under Article 44(1) of the Solicitors Order before the coming into operation of Articles 18 to 20 shall be heard and determined, and any appeal from an order of the Committee on holding an inquiry into any such complaint or application shall lie, as if those Articles had not come into operation.N.I.
