1. In this Schedule—
“the 1968 Act” means the [1968 c. 9 (N.I.)] Criminal Injuries to Persons (Compensation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1968;
“the 1977 Order” means the [1977 NI 15] Criminal Injuries (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977.
