1. In section 28(5A) of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (disclosure of information authorised for purpose specified in section 174(3) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974(1), after “Consumer Protection Act 1987” there shall be inserted “or Article 29(2)(a), (b) or (c) of the Consumer Protection(Northern Ireland) Order 1987”.
