Application of Part II to CrownN.I.
12.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), this Part shall bind the Crown; including the Crown in right of Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom.
(2) The Crown shall not, as regards the Crown's liability by virtue of this Part, be bound by this Part further than the Crown is made liable in tort under the Crown Proceedings Act 1947F1.
