Article 119 shall apply to the refusal to grant, or renew, a pleasure permit, or the grant of a pleasure permit subject to a condition specified in Article 157(5), or the renewal of a pleasure permit subject to a condition specified in Article 161(4) or the imposition of a requirement under Article 164, as it applies to the refusal to grant, or renew, an amusement permit, or the grant or renewal of an amusement permit subject to a condition specified in Article 111(6) or, as the case may be, Article 115(7) or the imposition of a requirement under Article 118.
