The Board shall pay or make provisions for such remuneration and allowances (including allowances for expenses), pensions and gratuities to or in respect of the chairman, deputy chairman and other members of the Board as the [F1Department of Justice, with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel], may determine.N.I.
