The F1Department of Justice may pay to the Board such sums in respect of its expenses as F2the Department of Justice may with the approval of the F3Department of Finance and Personnel determine.

So far as relates to the use and expenditure of sums paid under paragraph (1), the Board shall give effect to any directions which the F4Department of Justice may give to it.

Schedule 3 (which relates to the making of reports and the maintenance of records by the Board and to the auditing of its accounts) shall have effect.
