The Rates Amendment (Northern Ireland) Order 1982 No. 156 (NI. 2)

Title and commencement N.I.

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Rates Amendment (Northern Ireland) Order 1982.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order shall come into operation on 1st April 1982.

(3) Article 4 shall come into operation on such day as the Head of the Department of the Environment may by order appointF1 .
