(3) Paragraph (2) and Schedule 9 shall come into operation on such day or days as the Head of the Department may by order appoint, and, without prejudice to section 17 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954, orders under this paragraph may appoint different days fot the coming into operation of those provisions in relation to different boards constituted under the Agricultural Marketing Act (Northern Ireland) 1964F1
