Conduct of prosecutions N.I.

124.   [F1 A civil servant in the Department of Justice who is] of a class designated by [F2 that Department], although not of counsel or a solicitor may, and if the Master so directs shall, prosecute or conduct before a court of summary jurisdiction any proceedings in respect of any offence under this Part.
