Notwithstanding the repeal by this Order of section 14 of the Motor Vehicles (Traffic and Regulation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1926 [1926 c.31] , so much of section 11 of the Summary Jurisdiction (Ireland) Act 1851 [1851 c.92] and of section 4 of the Char-a-banc Regulation Act (Northern Ireland) 1924 [1924 c.7] as relates to the offences mentioned in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of section 11 of the Summary Jurisdiction (Ireland) Act 1851 shall not apply where any such offence is committed in connection with a public service vehicle.N.I.
