PART I N.I.POWER TO SLAUGHTER

Rabies: N.I.

9.  The Department may cause to be slaughtered—

(a) any animal affected with rabies or suspected of being so affected;

(b) any animal which is or has been in contact with an animal affected with or suspected of being affected with rabies; and

(c) any animal which has in any way been exposed to the infection of rabies.
