7 .F1 Notwithstanding the repeal of section 8 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Special Roads Act (Northern Ireland) 1963 [1963 c.12] , Part III shall apply in relation to roads mentioned in subsections (1) and (2) of that section as if those roads were designated as special roads by an order made under Article 14.N.I.
