SCHEDULE 2SAVING FOR BUILDING BYE-LAWS

In this Order—

  • “building bye-laws” includes—

    1. a

      bye-laws made by any sanitary authority under section 41 of the Public Health (Ireland) Act 1878 [1878 c.52] with respect to …F1 new streets;

    2. b

      any enactments in section 109 of the Towns Improvement Clauses Act 1847 [1847 c.34] , section 43 of the Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act 1854 [1854 c.103] , or in any local Acts dealing with construction of new buildings, including the drainage thereof, and the laying out and construction and drainage of new streets, and any bye-laws made with respect to such matters under any such local Act;

  • “local authority” means the council of a borough, county borough or of an urban or rural district.
