4. Schedule 5 shall have effect for the purpose of determining whether a hereditament is to be treated as a dwelling-house for the purposes of this Order, and for the purpose of determining to what extent certain hereditaments are to be treated as used for the purposes of a private dwelling [F1 and the definitions of “private garage” and “private storage premises” contained in paragraphs 6 and 7 of Schedule 5 shall have effect for the purposes of this Order] .
