Transitional provisions, savings, amendments and repeals N.I.

42.—(1) Without prejudice to sections 28 and 29 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 [1954 c.33] (effect of repeal or of substituting provisions) the transitional provisions and savings in Schedule 5 shall have effect.
