The provisions of Article 9(4), (5) and (6) shall apply in the case of proceedings against an employer for failing to allow to a worker a holiday in accordance with this Order, and the provisions of Article 9(10) shall have effect so as to make void any agreement as to holidays which is inconsistent with this Order and any agreement to abstain from exercising the right to holidays given by this Order.N.I.
