Time limit for commencement of certain proceedingsN.I.

76.  Notwithstanding anything in[F1 Article 19(1) of the Magistrates' Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981], proceedings for an offence under Article 22, 23, 24, 28, 30 or 31(4) may be brought at any time within two years next after the commission of the offence, or within six months next after the first discovery thereof by the prosecutor, whichever period is the shorter.
