Winding-up practice of a deceased solicitorN.I.

32.  On the death of a solicitor his personal representatives may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any enactment, appoint a duly qualified solicitor to carry on the practice of the deceased solicitor for the purpose of the beneficial winding-up thereof for such reasonable period and on such terms[F1, including terms as to remuneration, as may be fixed or approved by the Society].
