Recovery of certain loans N.I.

2.  The repeal by this Order of paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 to the Health Services Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 shall not affect the liability of any person to repay any amount due, or which may become due, under a loan made under section 6 of the Health Services Act (Northern Ireland) 1958 [1958 c.29] , or affect the terms and conditions of a loan so made.
