PART ITHE CONSTITUTION OF THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES BOARDS

A Health and Social Services Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession to which section 19 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 [1954 c.33] shall apply.
