67.   [F1 In exercising their respective functions, health and social care bodies], district councils, [F2 the Education Authority] [F3 , the Northern Ireland Library Authority], [F4 and] the Northern Ireland Housing Executive …F5 shall co-operate with one another in order to secure and advance the health and social welfare of the people of Northern Ireland.
