PART II N.I. MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY

Provision of general [F1 health care] N.I.

6.— [F2 (1)] The Ministry shall secure the provision of[F2 primary medical services, of general] dental and ophthalmic services and of pharmaceutical services in accordance with Part VI.

[F2 (2) Services provided under Article 56(2) or under a general medical services contract are to be regarded as provided by the Department in pursuance of its functions under paragraph (1).]
