The Ministry shall secure the provision ofF2 primary medical services, of general dental and ophthalmic services and of pharmaceutical services in accordance with Part VI.

Services provided under Article 56(2) or under a general medical services contract are to be regarded as provided by the Department in pursuance of its functions under paragraph (1).
