Availability or provision of services, otherwise than for purposes of the OrderN.I.
41. The Ministry may allow persons to make use, on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit, of any services the provision of which is involved in the provision of[F1 personal social] services under this Order [F2or the 2009 Act]; and it may, in the case of services the provision of which is so involved, provide them to an extent greater than that necessitated by the provision of[F1 personal social] services under this Order [F2or the 2009 Act] if it thinks it expedient to do so in order to allow persons to make use of them.
