Liability to maintain spouse[F1 or civil partner] and childrenN.I.
100.—(1) For the purposes of this Order—
(a)a man shall be liable to maintain his[F1 spouse or civil partner] and his children; and
(b)a woman shall be liable to maintain her[F1 spouse or civil partner] and her children.
[F2(2) Any reference in paragraph (1) to a person's children shall be construed in accordance with Article 155 of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995.]
