16.  Whether the person’s ethnic group is–

(a) White;

(b) Chinese;

(c) Irish Traveller;

(d) Roma;

(e) Indian;

(f) Filipino;

(g) Black African;

(h) Black Other;

(i) Of mixed ethnic group and, if so, stating which groups; or

(j) Any other ethnic group and, if so, stating which group.
